When will my bank account be deducted?

The debiting occurs the day of the month corresponding to your subscription day. a "vCard.pro"mention will appear on your bank statement.

Do i need to sign a long term contract?

vCard.pro is a pay as you goo service. There are no long term contract or any engagment on your end. you pay from month to month. The closing of your account automatically stops the debiting.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards. we refuse the PayPal payment. the payments are exclusively made online.

How can i get my invoice?

At the end of each month, a bill will be sent at your email adress, according to the informations given at your subscription.
